I am unable to receive any new e-mail messages when I sign in. I can use my Favorites & other parts

The mail envelope at the top of the screen says that it's trying to receive or connect, but nothing happens.  When I go to sign out it says that it is syncing e-mails & my client information.  It obviously doesn't. 

I am also told that under E-Mail...unable to save changes

Then under Other....cannot parse XML

As a result I have to use my Foirfox account to read any e-mails.  I can send them though.  Susan

Hello 


Sorry for the Inconvenience, may be the Emails are not synchronizing on MSN Explorer. 


To fix the issue please follow the below steps: 
Click on MSN Explorer icon ( Butterfly icon) 
Select the email account from the welcome screen (do not Sign in) 
Press Ctrl+Shift+F9 at the same time 
You will get the confirmation Pop up stating we are about to remove all MSN Data 
Please Click on OK 
Re-launch MSN it will download all the emails.
