Missing files/emails stored on my computer inside MSN Premium.

After restoring my desktop using Carbonite, the files and emails that were stored on my computer are missing.  What is the file name/extension that stores these items within the MSN application?

Hi Joe,

The emails stored under folders on computer on MSN client will be in below location.

C:\Users\<local user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\msn\db30\mail<email address>.

Please check the private message below If you find the db30 file in your carbonite back up, as it required issue specific troubleshooting steps.
