Why my computer pop up a window ask me my new dail up phone #? while I have high speed internet?

I do not need a pop up winow asking me what is my new dail up phone# everytime I sign in while I have high speed internet?

Hello Johnny,

Sorry for the inconvenience,  Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

 

  1. Restart the computer

  2. press Windows key & R to open Run Window

  3. Type C:\Program Files (x86)\MSN

  4. Delete MSNIA Folder

     

Issue should be resolved permanently.
