How to get the MSNMAPI to be the default email app in Windows 10

how to ge tMSNMAPI APP as default EMAIL Windows 10

I am trying to use the MSN email system

MAILTO mailto Protocol "MSNMAPI"

It looks like the windows essiential 2012 has been discontinued, i was wondering if anyone has a work around to this problem
