- Open the page with the problem.
- Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard.
- Open Paint by going into the Start menu > All Programs > Accessories > Paint.
- Press CTRL+V on your keyboard. (The desktop snap shot should appear.)
- Use the features in Paint to mark the spot with the problem.
- Save the image to your desktop.
- Please attach the screenshot file to your reply in the thread.
