Problems have been going on for many weeks.
Switched from old Verizon/MSN Premium service on February 29. MSN reported sucessful transition, but problems continue.
McAfee says computer not protected, gives various causes, sometimes (not always) asks for complete system reinstall. But I cannot find any link to get to a download/install facility to acomplish this.
Telephoned McAfee for help, but they could not find any account for me. I cannot find any account for
this service on the MSN home page. My MSN username/password do not work on McAfee
access screens, althought these are the only ones McAfee would have.
McAfee from MSN is also running on a second computer via our MS home network, and that appears to
        be working OK.
MS net.framework updates generate error messages each time they are downloaded and fail. I have been forwarding these to MS but have received no response of any kind.

There is a chance that the downloaded McAfee software has corrupt components. I suggest uninstalling it. Follow the procedure below:

1.     Click Start (the Windows logo button), then click on Control Panel on the right hand side of the menu.

2.     Double-click Programs and Features.

3.     Select the McAfee SecurityCenter product.

4.     Click Uninstall and follow the steps provided.

5.     After the removal process is finished, restart your computer.

To reinstall McAfee, click the link below to get the steps:
