How do I block unwanted e-mails ie. porno

I amd getting a tremendous amount of porno and related e-mails and do not wnat it or do I tolerate it. 

How do I stop this nasty junk from even getting to my computer.  I have Microsoft Premiume e-mail and

have not found anything on how to block this junk yet.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. With the new MSN update Junk Email settings has been removed however we are working on it.

We can add block sender list on Outlook.com. Please contact MSN Technical Support in order to help you to add block sender email address on Outlook.com
