I am sorry for the inconvenience. I really appreciate that you tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling the MSN application, But this will not fix the issue always.

Please try these steps and this should get the issue fixed.

Goto Help and Settings >> Settings Or Email settings >> Email Options>> Uncheck the box "Automatically remove non secure contents fromthe  email " >> Click on Save Changes which you see on the bottom  right corner of the screen ,  and then sign out of MSN.
