I am trying to renew my MSN membership by 6/15/13 but it tells me it does not recognize my computer.  I followed the process outlined to update my information.


I tried to access my account in the member center and renew there.  When I click on renew, it tells me to contact customer support.


I have tried to do this online without success.  I need to speak with someone to get this taken care of now.
