MSN crashes

MSN (Premium) crashes a lot. Usually when lots of ads appear of it is trying to load email. It just freezes up or simply disappears. This has been going on a long time and if I restart the app it works normally. Also, many of my apps are no longer supporting IE so my access to them through the MSN portal does not work. I am paying for MSN premium but not getting anyting from it.

I have had the same problem for a very long time!

The frustration arround this issue is that Microsoft does not appear to have a solution for this.

I have not seen a response to this problem!

We are paying customers and deserve to get a solution,even if that solution is to discontinue using Msn Explorer!!
