Can Conversation Folder create problems?

Using MSN Premium with 3 accounts. When I sign in to one of the accounts and click on "mail" icon it takes me to inbox and I get only constant "connecting" indicator at top of page.  Can't send or rcv email ..  I had in error deleted a folder named "Conversation History" prior to the problem. Is this a coincidence or did removing that folder cause a problem? ....  Using another browser I can sign in to Outlook for that account and see all my emails and send/rcv from there ...   The other 2 accounts work OK and I do have the folder in question on them ... Thanks for any ideas or suggestions  ....

Hi Fiero44,

Please do not delete the "Conversation History" folder as its a default folder and it will create email sync issues if the folder is deleted.

If you have accidentally deleted the folder please follow the below steps to resolve the problem.

Click on MSN Explorer icon ( Butterfly icon)
Select the email account from the welcome screen (do not Sign in)
Press Ctrl+Shift+F9 at the same time
You will get the confirmation Pop up stating we are about to remove all MSN Data
Please Click on OK
Re-launch MSN it will download all the emails.

If Issue persists please follow the below link to contact the MSN Technical support team.

Thanks
