My MSN butterfly logo keeps changing to solid blue

I have uninstalled the MSN program several times now and reinstalled. When I do that, the butterfly logo goes back to the colorful butterfly but in a day or two it converts back to a solid blue. Does anyone know why this keeps happening? It does not happen on any of the other computers we use at home.
