Fail to get email content

Severl months ago I starting getting emails from several known addresses, but when i opened them the content was not there. This has continued with the emails from the same addresses. About 4 addresses are affected.

Checking on outlook the messages did open with their content. However the emails were not in the list of inbox emails. I had to search for them to find them.

How do I start getting them with their content?

Hello

This seems like Emails settings are blocking the contents of the email.

To fix the issue please follow the below steps:

Click on Help and Settings

Email Settings

Email options

Uncheck “ Automatically remove non secure content from the email”. (Not Recommended)

Click on Save Changes.

Close and re-launch MSN
