Import MSN Favorites to IE11 using Windows 10

I would like to import my MSN Favorites from MSN Explorer 11.60 to IE11 on my desktop computer which is using Windows 10. How do I accomplish this safely?

Unfortunately we do not have an option to import the favorites from MSN to Internet explorer.

However we can take a back up of all your favorites and save it on your desktop.
