Why is "MY Msn" homepage not fuctioning correctly ?

 "My Msn" home  page is not working correctly.  Everything is lined up to the left hand side of the page.
And some of the topics near the top of the page is over lapping other topics. It's all junbled up.
But the regular Msn page works fine.

ONe day my.msn.com page was as full page as I designed it and the next day it is only a straight narrow vertical column. How can I recover my msn page I designed?

About 11/6/13, changes occured to my MSN Homepage. It appears more as a tabular format with few graphics. How can I return it to original format.
