Account icon and sign-in link does not appear on new msn.com.

Problem began 10/13/14. Clearing cache and cookies no effect. Problem appears on both Vista/IE 9 system and Win8/IE11 Surface Pro.

msn.com page link to Outlook or Money invokes normal sign-on, which works.
