Linking and syncing emails in MSN Premium Internet Software, can't see the emails in the inbox

I have MSN Premium Internet software, I set up a new MSN account, linked it, and synced it to main email account.  Does not show the new account's email in our linked inbox. It does show up on our Samsung tablet under email. I set it all up under our main MSN email account. I've sent emails to the new account and can't find them anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello

Sorry for the Inconvenience, 

To fix the issue please follow the below steps:-

Click on MSN Explorer icon ( Butterfly icon)
Select the email account from the welcome screen (do not Sign in)
Press Ctrl+Shift+F9 at the same time
You will get the confirmation Pop up stating we are about to remove all MSN Data
Please Click on OK

Re-launch MSN it will download all the emails.
