Since Windows 10, Premium??? is crash after crash and today I reinstalled 5 times.

I can't pay for thismjunk anymore and have YEARS of e-mails stored on MSN. Is there and easy way to move/save these somewhhere else so I can cancell MSN (so called) PREMIUM???
