MSN Crashes Immediately on Opening in Windows 10

I am running Windows 10 and recently every time I try to open MSN Premium it immediately crashes and closes within seconds of the program opening. I am wondering why I should continue to pay for a MSN Premium subscription if I can't even use the program in Windows 10? What happens to my stored email if I cancel my MSN Premium subscription?

Hello,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

We are aware about this issue and the issue is with Adobe flash player update which is taken place along with the Windows update.

We have already escalated this issue to Windows research team and Adobe Team. As if now we can access MSN homepage and emails through internet explorer.

I'm sorry. Sign in where to view a private message? I don't understand. I don't see anything about a private message in Outlook.com and I can't sign in to MSN Premium it crashes the second it opens. So I don't know where it is you want me to go and sign in to see whatever private message you are referring to.

Please be aware that if this problem is not fixed by the time my MSN Premium subscription has to be renewed, I will be cancelling the service. It isn't worth the hassle.

I am having the same issues. I'll ask the same question as a previous poster.  What happens to my stored email if I cancel my MSN Premium subscription? Is there an alternate way for me to log in so that I can access my stored emails and favorites?

JackinFla - you can access your email at Outlook.com. Sign in with your MSN email address and password. You don't lose your email address if you cancel MSN Premium, you just don't get as much storage. If only we could get into MSN Premium, it tells you how much storage you are using. I have a LOT of saved email, and am nowhere near the 5GB that you get for free, so I'm not too worried about that. I really had to dig to find out what would happen to my saved mail capacity, but it would be 5GB if you aren't subscribed to MSN Premium. I don't know about your favorites. I used MSN Premium mainly for my email to give me features I didn't get through Hotmail, but with Outlook, you get pretty much all the same features. I always kept all my favorites in Internet Explorer. Wish I could help you with the favorites but at least I can tell you how to get your email.

Hi,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

Before cancelling the subscription you have to move the emails from folders on computer to folders on MSN.

After cancelling  the subscription you will be not able to access MSN software.

I had the same problem.

After looking at the security updates I discovered by uninstalling security update KB3132372 solved the problem. All my computers (3) were doing the same thing.  They all now do not have the problem!

Great. And by NOT installing security updates, what risk are you putting your computer at?

Can you please estimate how long it will take to correct the problem? Will Microsoft refund the cost of my MSN Premium for the period that MSN Explorer is down. It has been one week already. Please advise. Dave
