My current operating system is msn Vista and I would like to use a different operating system.

I have used this system for 3+ years or more.  It is uncapatable with most web browsers.

1. HOw do I remove Vista and install a different system?

2. What system might I install?

3. Would it be more cost effective to purchase a different computer?
