Running Windows 10. MSN i not asking for a password when signing in

MN was automatically signing me on. I deleted browser history and passwords and it did not auto sign me on when bringing up MSN but that only lasted until I signed on again. Plus, it never asks e for a password when logging on and I want it not to auto log me in and to ask for a password.
