Can't renew my MSN Premium subscription online! Please help!

I have gone to subscriptions over & over and click on "renew" -- it takes me to the old MSN Premium accounts page.  I click on subscriptions and it takes me to the new Microsoft site again -- I hit "renew" and back to the MSN page I go.  It's just a maddening loop! ! ! 

How do I get the "private message" to the MSN billing number so I can resolve this.  I just want to pay my bill. . . . .   :(

Jason,

Thanks you for your response.  And the number you provided in your private response to me would have been very helpful.  As it were, I did a little more digging on the Microsoft Support "Contact Us" page, then clicked Microsoft Store and found a phone number that I was able to use to resolve my issue -- I had to be transferred to Accounts & Billing, but at least I could get there.  All is well now and I am renewed for the coming year.
