How can I avoid having to enter my password every time I sign in to MSN Premium?

I never had to enter my password every time before, but earlier today an MSN tech helped solved a problem, and ever since I have had to enter my password for every sign in.

Hello,

To save your password, Please check "Remember me" option on the Sign in Screen of MSN Explorer. Password will be stored for 14 days after which you will have to store it again.

Sorry, this does not work. MSN needs to fix.

Sorry ,this does not work, MSN has a software problem they need to fix., Service cost more and the service is worst.
