MSN will not stay running. It gets to the point I cannot not even get to the home page. I have been a member almost from the beginning and have never experienced problems like this. Is there a fix for this this?

I have the same problem, msn stops working 10 times a day.  I also like to know when to renew my msn premium.

Is this same problem happening now because of a Flash Player update?  I updated MSN Explorer from the rainbow butterfly on the sign-in screen (that flaps its wings) to the blue butterfly (that fades in and out) and the software always crashes after a couple of minutes, even if I don't do a thing except open it.  I uninstalled and reinstalled from MSN Member Center, which took me back to the rainbow butterfly.  The software works okay and when I close am asked to allow the update.  I tried that once, it took me again to the blue fading butterfly and the inevitable crashing.  So I uninstalled again and now refuse to allow the update.  "So far, so good."

I also asked about this in "Ask a Question" and my question was never posted, though I tried twice.  The old software that works is 11.50.0053.1700.  I cannot tell you the number of the new version because my question, in which I wrote down the number, was lost by your help service.  Twice.  I called up, while I was uninstalling and reinstalling, and by the time a person came on the line, I was back in the old software and it was working okay.  The tech support person was sympathetic but had no answers.  When will it be safe to update to the fading blue butterfly?

Why is it that all I see from tech support is to call in for support.  I thought this solution center was for providing paying customers actual "Support".  All I ever see is a private message telling us to call in to support.  When I do I'm on hold forever and then  someone comes on that can hardly speak English that I can understand.

Your support is very poor and this solution center is worthless.

Hello,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

The  reason being to contact the Technical support is to check which file is causing the problem to crash MSN.

We can do it only by taking control of the computer. Though if we provide the steps through solution center for these kind of issues will not help us to fix the issue.

First thing we have to check the faulting module name which is causing MSN to crash, based on that we can troubleshoot to get the issue resolve.

Please contact MSN technical support team to get on this issue.

Thanks

Jason
