Things to try:

Instructions on how to delete browsing History on Msn

1. Click Help & Settings, click Settings, and then click Show All Settings
2. Click Browsing history under internet option and then click yes to confirm.

Instructions on how to delete browsing History on Internet Explorer

1. Click on Start and then click Run or Search
2. In the Run or search command windows type inetcpl.cpl

1. Under general tab click on Delete and select temporary files, cookies and history and Click delete at the bottom right.
2. Restart the computer.
