Please follow below steps to resolve the issue
Step 1 :Sign out of MSN Explorer
Step 2:Right click on MSN Icon
Step 3:Click on Properties
Step 4:Click on Shortcut
Type %USERPROFILE% under start in.
Step 5:Sign in to MSN Explore ----Issue Resolved
