keep msn.com email, drop broadband

I have had an msn.com email address for twenty or so years. I still use it but it is associated with my old MSN Dial-up Internet Access account I used when I opened the account. I am still paying the monthly charge for Dial-up access because I'm afraid if I cancel dial-up my msn.com address will no longer be available. Can I quit paying/cancel dial-up & KEEP my msn.com address?
