Allow me to help you on how to correct the time stamp of yourincoming/outgoing emails. There's a possibility that your time zone isn'tproperly configured. Please follow the steps below on how to set thetime zone for your account:
1. Sign in to your Outlook.com account.
2. Click the gear icon on the upper right corner besideyour name.
3. Select Options.
4. Under General, click region and time zone.
And
1. Sign in to your https://account.microsoft.com/profile/
3. Select Edit Country/region.
4. Make sure the Country/Time zone is correctly updated.
5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
