Recently my computer began crashing (Blue Screens) whenever I use MSN Explorer.  It doesn't crash when I just use Internet Explorer and Hotmail, but whenever I launch "butterfly" (MSN) it will crash after a few minutes.  I've reinstalled the MSN Explorer software, and it still crashes.  Any suggestions?

Blue screen errors, or bug check, are hardware or driver-related. It causes the computer to stop any response to prevent further damage to the hardware and/or data.

Make sure that the updates for the operating system are kept current. Also, check if this is a problem with the current user profile. Try to use MSN on another Windows profile. If it works on that other profile, and it will seem that the current one is damaged, you may want to transition your files over to the working profile.
