If I discontinue my MSN premium subscription.... will I still be able to access the 10 extra email accounts (if applicable)? As in the ones added under the main email account?

Hi,

If you cancel the subscription your email address will remain the same (i.e. @msn.com) and also you will be able to access all 10 email accounts which is through https://www.Outlook.com.

Your email capacity will get reduced from 10 GB to 5 GB.

Users will get notification email if your storage capacity is close to full.

Jason, Thank you for your reply I was worried if I stopped paying for the subscription that I would lose the extra emails which the whole family uses.

From what I'm reading we also have to access the MSN email once every 270 days to keep them active. Is there anything else I should be aware of? Thx

Hello,

If you have saved any emails on folders on computer on MSN software please do move those emails to folders on MSN.

After cancelling the subscription you will be not able to access MSN software and the emails stored on folders on computer.

Please contact MSN Technical support team to get help on this issue.

Thanks  sorry one more question...

I was all ready in the process  of saving archived emails to my computer...  and was going to ask the rest of the family to do the same on their computers. But I am running into a snag.  most of the rest of the family ONLY access' their emails from outlook and they dont have MSN downloaded to there computers 1 HP and 2 MAC's. is there a way to save the archived emails to their computers from outlook?

 

And then I'm a little confused about accessing our email once every 270 days to keep them active.. does this have to be from the MSN butterfly? I thought we would not have it anymore once we discontinued the MSN premium? or can it just be done through Outlook?

 

Also when you say my email capacity will get reduced from 10 GB to 5 GB. is that size of emails sent or storage?
