Trying to renew MSN premium.  I clicked the renew button and go to another page,it ask for me to sign-in and nothing happens?

 checked my credit card information and my personal information, all is correct.  I see no place for auto renewal.

Next I go to the web to contact Microsoft so I can renew and get a 1-800 number and the person ask my email address and name and told me someone h.as gotten into my account from Canada, I'm US.   I log into my account and find that no one from Canada was in my account recently.  He also asked to get into my PVC which I was reluctant to permit and he hung up.  I need help.
