Hi Bradford,

Sorry for the inconvenience, we  would like to inform you that we had an outage on our end because of which there were issues on new MSN homepage and certain functions are not working. Kindly request you to wait for another 24 hours and the problem should be fixed automatically.

I agree with you; I don't like the new MyMSN Page, either. Too junked up.

I doubt that I should be paying a monthly fee to use MSN with its cluttered new home page.

Hi,

Sorry for theinconvenience, the my.msn.com page is upgraded to meet the new requirements oninternet. Since there are new versions of IE and updated Operating system, theinterface of my.msn.com page has also been updated to make it more compatiblewith these browsers and operating system.

Thanks and regards

Thank you for the explanation.   Unfortunately, however, newer isn't necessarily better.   The old my.msn.com page was much nicer and more personal.

I feel the same.  The items that are being presented, even with modifications have nothing to offer me. You want sensationalism and I want the tools that I like working with. I want to be able to get back how I had my old main screen. Your new one doesn't want to allow that.  I don't like having someone make decisions for me as to what should be there.   I want you to provide me with the method whereby I can get back the items I want.

Mubarak:

You say "more compatible with these browsers and {IE} operating system" which I assume means to make MSN more compatible with mobile devices.  Why is it necessary that laptops and PCs be accommodating to mobile devices?  Why can't MSN be capable of screen displays for laptops and PCs and other screen displays for mobile devices?  A simple choice to the users (mobile device or not) would be a good feature.  When using a laptop or PC, numerous "click on this" graphics are not necesarily desirable or desired.

BoJud.
I agree with you, hate the new format of MSN, so miss my old mymsn, that I was allowed to create to my liking, and no videos, changing pictures, over and over, and no advertizing. I don't really think there is anything we can do about it though, except find another provider when our subscription expire.
