It has been many months now since we have been told that the problem is being worked on - when will it be fixed?

Looks like MSN likes taking our money for a program the crashes frequently, and isn't compatible with many websites, without providing any benefit for using their program.  AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I've had no "browser out of date" messages on any website since MSN Explorer upgraded from 10.2 to 10.5.  The only "browser out of date" message I get now is when I go into GMail, but that message also comes up if I access it from Internet Explorer 8, too, so it has nothing to do with MSN Explorer.  Google Mail just doesn't like Internet Explorer.
