My hard drive crashed and I just purchased a new computer (with windows 10).  I located a program that is able to retrieve the db30 and db40 folders from my old hard drive.  Is this where MSN stores all of my e-mails that were "stored on computer?" If so, I'm assuming I can bring those 2 folders over, place them in the current computer hard drive (where the "new" db folders are) and I will get all of my old emails back, correct?

Also, what is the difference between the db30 and db40 folders?
