I am getting a ton of obscene emails. Why aren't they being blocks?

For the last few months  I have been receiving a ton of obscene emails that should be blocked.  What is going  on with my email?  Why aren't they being blocked?

WHY DON'T YOU POST AN ANSWER THAT EVERYONE CAN BENEFIT FROM?   WHY DO YOU ALWAYS TELL THE PERSON TO CHECK PRIVATE MESSAGE?

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

We do post answers for certain issues which can help to resolve by performing simple troubleshooting steps, however there are few issues which are user specific depends on issue type, operating systems and other factors, hence those trouble shooting steps are provided in the private message which will not effect to other customers.
