I recently installed Win 10 on my computer. Following advise online, I uninstalled MSN Premium and now can not reinstall.. How do I do that ?

Also. after installing Win 10, I can not respond to e-mails or write e-mails. How do I fix that ?

For all of us that installed Windows10 believing that it would be compatible with MSN Premium only to find out that

it really isn't, is there some time frame you can give us as to when the fix will be available.

This a a disgraceful situation that Microsoft have created. To introduce Windows 10 with such fanfare and offer free update without warning that it would create serious problems for MSN Premium users is unforgiveable. To suggest access via Outlook is not good enough. A timescale must be provided plus a public apology

We understand its very inconvenient however we are trying our best to get it fix as early as possible.

Once the issues on windows 10 is fixed you will be able to access MSN Email without any trouble.

I did the same thing and now I can not get back my Windows 7 Home Premium site. It has  done so much harm I am discusted with MSn.  Hope they will do what is right and fix this problem.  JOHN

This does not make any since to me because I installed  Windows 10 on a desktop and call Microsoft they put my butterfly email on but had a 2 hour wait.  Now I had my laptop installed with a computer man and I can't get my emails on Windows premium. So I guess if you let Microsoft download you can get premium but if you buy Windows 10 you can't get it downloaded.
