You may also check other support options to contact an MSN representative by logging in to http://support.msn.com, selecting MSN Premium under Subscribed Services and clicking on the support type that you prefer.
As for the problem you mentioned, are you referrring to the yellow banner above that states "an issue may impact my ability to use products and services"? The message you see on the yellow banner above is directed towards MSN Verizon Transition customers regarding the spike in call volume and increased wait time on the phone queue.
To view the details in the future, please click on the 'v' (down arrow) at the end of the yellow banner.
