ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.14393.479, time stamp: 0x58256ca0, this is the module that crashed my MSN

MSN Exployer stops working and has to close.

ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.14393.479, time stamp: 0x58256ca0, after following instructions as best as thought I could I found this, but when clicking on any buttons on the help page I got an error 500 message and no help. I have tried to get this crash problem fixed before but so far not much help. I installed on a new laptop and MSN crashed or just stopped, I uninstalled and re-installed and still no better. What is going in?
