I called the (844) 454-9524 customer service number and they were taking me through steps to allow them to take control of my computer and check for viruses that might have been the problem.  At a certain point I thought it was a "scam" and discontinued the help line call.  Is the (844) 454-9524 service number the correct number and is there where I should go to try to get this situation fixed?
