using Outlook 2010 to connect to msn email account

Never had a problem with this before. I can see my email on http://www.outlook.com but the emails won't download to Outlook 2010 for the past several days. I got it set up with no problem years ago so it isn't an installation problem. I can send emails from Outlook but can't download emails.
