Hello,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

MSN support upto 25MB file and again it depends on the file which the recipients sends.

How do you access emails ? Is through MSN software or through Outlook.com.

Please check the type of attachment that you download and make sure the supported software is installed on your computer. (eg) If you downloading any PDF file, Adobe Reader has to be installed on your computer.
