What kind of answer is that ? Use Outlook ? And no response in 11 days on the service you sell not working. Are you seriuos. The Premium Mail is the only reason any of us pay for MSN Premium.

It would be very helpful if Microsoft was able to add Designer Email to Edge as this function is currently not available. If it is not added I believe many subscribers of MSN Premium will drop it as the only other function it offers is McAfee software and that is no longer necessary with Windows Defender available.
Please update info for getting Designer Email to work in Edge.

You are 100% correct! I actually click on the "more actions" (3 dots) on upper right hand corner of Edge and open Internet Explorer--then go to MSN Premium E-mail.   A rather round about method but it does work. Looks like Microsoft has definitely dropped the ball with this one. The Outlook e-mail is not very clean.

I just tried my MSN premium again and moved the dashboard to the screen separately and it worked to get into my MSN Premium email. This requires that your computer is logged into MSN Explorer. If the login is terminated it would require logging in again. Hopefully this will continue to work and not crash as it did before.

I have 1 computer that was not crashing in msn explorer and 1 that was.  I checked the version # of the msn on each computer and discovered the 1 that did not crash had 11.50.0044.1200 and the 1 that did had 11.50.0043 etc.  I went the MSN Member center on the 1 that was crashing and re-downloaded the software which updated it to 11.50.0044.1200 and it now works without crashing.  Might be worth a try

I have the same problems and have for many months.  I keep getting told it's being worked.  Yet we get no refunds or credits on MSN Premium!

I also have this same problem.  Why doesn't MSN just fix this issue????  I have a friend who is 93 and has used MSN email exclusively for 20 years.  She emails her 97 yr. old sister and her 89 yr. old sister every day and the 3 of them are not up to learning how to use a new email.  In addition, I have gobs of information stored in my MSN address book and have numerous special groups that I have created that will not transfer over to Outlook.  MSN email is the ONLY reason I've paid the annual fees ... it was the BEST program out there ~ please do not let it die on the vine!
