Every time I sign into MSN, Bing comes up.  I did not ask for Bing, I want MSN to take me directly to my chosen home page.  I don't know how or why Bing started coming up, probably msn explorer at work again, but I do not want it, did not ask for it and I want to know how to stop it.

Hi,

The Bing page what you are seeing on the msn client whenever you sign can be disabled by following the below mentioned steps.

  1. Double click on msn.
  2. Uncheck the box which says Quick Web Access, which will be just below the password box.
  3. Sign in to msn.

Thanks and regards

Mubarak

I have tried 4 times to answer Mubarak, so far it has not posted.  I did as you suggested and unchecked the quick access box - Bing went away, but it took forever to sign in.  I went back &checked the quick access bos & it still takes forever to sign in.  It is getting very very frustrating.  Why can't MSN fix this?????  Also why won't my reply's to you ever post?????  I'm tired of sitting here watching the butterfly flap his wings or watching Bings crap waiting for MSN to decide I can finally sign in - Why can't something be done agout this?   Jerry

Hi Jernor,

I am sorry about the inconvenience, We are observing similar issues with many customers. We are undergoing a  server maintainence on few servers, Hence resulting in slow sign in process. Hope this should be fixed in couple of days. We appreciate your patience.

Thanks,
Nitesh
