Please do understand the frustration.1. First sign in, on the original, then up comes the sign in 'again'.2. Had to do the procedure outlined.  Now there are two inboxes.   First one, still has yellow triangle, second inbox has the same.   Click on the 2d inbox and you get to sign in.  Again.3. These two items cause frustration and suspicions of endless trains.4. The final question is why is it, and what fixes it? What would the result be if a new disk was gotten and installed?

Lastly, calling the number supplied was without success.
Waiting for a response, result was hang up then dial tone.

Hi

We do apologize for the inconvenience and we are aware of this situation, we are trying our best to fix the problem as soon as possible. The problem was caused because of the new updates on MSN, unfortunately after the updates there is some synchronization problem which is causing the trouble the only way to get it back to work is by performing the below mentioned steps which you already followed and it’s a workaround( just for your information sending you the steps again).

As we are aware of this situation our engineers are looking forward to release one more update or to find a fix for this solution very soon, again sorry for all the hassle that you have to go through.

Below are the troubleshooting steps which will allow you to send/receive emails until the problem is fixed from our end.

Sign in to msn client.

  • Go to  your email page.
  • Click on help and settings on the top
  • In the dropdown select Email settings
  • Click on addition account and in the next page click additional account again
  • Clink on add at the bottom you will see screen asking for your account information, type your email address and give an account name and click on save changes at the bottom.
  • Click on done at the bottom and go back to you email page.
  • You will find a second inbox on the left hand side of the screen that will also have an yellow triangle, click on the yellow triangle and type in the password.
  • This should sync all your emails, and you should be able to send/receive emails.

Sincerely,

Mubarak

OK, Now there is the sign in to get in box, after the sign in of the
same basic type to open the internet.    Will there be a correction
for this?   Also, phone contact yesterday and today was not successful.

This happened.  Opened email, went to store a recieved in the system files, not on line storage.
They are all gone.  This is the second time.  There was no warning of any type.  Both times.
There is more than enough space on the drive.  1 trig.  Less than one quarter occupied.
