How do I get my navigation bar and favorites icon back on my "MyMSN" page

Greetings,

 

Thanks for using the MSN Solution Center Answers Forum.

 

Things to try:

 

Sign into MSN > Click on View at the top > Click Navigation bar and then click show navigation bar (make sure this option is selected)

OR

Sign into MSN > Right click at the top next to feedback and then Left click on Show navigation bar.

Sorry, but it didn't help.  I don't have any buttons on the top.  No feedback, no favorites, no forward or back, etc.  I should tell you that we had a virus and had to wipe the hard drive.  I have XP3, 64 bit, and recently had more memory installed.  I am at a total loss.
