Please advise me where I can download the MSN Explorer Repair tool to correct problems

Having problems on my computer with MSN. Last time I found the MSN Repair tool but can find it this time.

Could someone provide the link or tell me where I can find it,

I Will help you to find the MSN Explorer repair tool. Please follow these steps. Open C:/ Drive Folder >> Program files(x86) >> MSN >> Support >> Self heal tool Folder >> MSN Repair Tool.
