I have been on hold with you alleged customer support for over an hour. If this is the support that I am going to receive in the future I guess I am going to have to find another email provider. Somebody needs to look up the meaning of customer support. When I signed up for your service I was lead to believe that the cost was going to be $9 and some change. I checked with my credit card service today and you charged me $10. and change. Why the difference?

Hello,
The difference is the plus taxes, 9.95+taxes. The phone lines have been very busy from a couple of weeks, most customers wait until the end to signup. Once this migration is completed you should not experience the long hold times to get to the billing agent.
