MSN PREMIUM HAS BEEN VERY UNSTABLE AND NO ITEMS IN SETTING FOLDER

Why is MSN PREMIUM so unstable. It shuts down at least six times before I get mail. I just tried to correct it by re-installing MSN. Now I have no listing in the SETTINGS FOLDER.. I also lost two folders, from my account marked ARCHIVE and ZMUSTANSWER. These were in my account area and not stored on my computer.

I have been trying since June 3, 2016 to open the private message, but all I get is an ERROR 505 message???????????

     Any suggestions?????

Please try to access from different devices or different computer.

If your are trying from Internet Explorer please sign in with  your email address and password. Below the screen you can see the message " The information contained within this area is a private conversation between you and our moderator." which has MSN Technical support number.
