MSN e mail and favorites. I am unable to organize favorites or delete the ones i do not need.

I have tried many times to delete some of the items in my Favorites and the system will not let me. I have reinputed msn so many times and the same problem remains. Also I am getting this message about my e mail

Mail Host Problem

Unable to restore Mail Host.

The MSN Explorer Repair Tool has encountered an error and is unable to continue. Please reinstall or contact Support.

Please help me as soon as you can.
