Cannot receive and send MSN E-mail. E-mail status: Unknown problem: 85ad60eb

There is a yellow triangle exclamation before Inbox folder. When I click on the exclamation, the error code in full

is 0x85ad60eb. A MSN message says: You cannot send or receive your MSN e-mail because of a problem on the e-mail server. Please try again later.

This issue happened several times before. At times the error went away by itself.

I have uninstall and reinstall MSN Premium software. The yellow exclamation mark left of Address Book under Status Summary disappears, indicating the connectivity returns normal.
